These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services and products provided by L&L Firearms Training LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”), including online concealed carry training courses, in-person firearms training classes, and the sale of firearms and ammunition (collectively, “Services” and “Products”). By accessing our website, enrolling in any class or course, purchasing any Products, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services or purchase Products.
1. Eligibility
To use our Services or purchase Products, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable federal, state, and local laws for the specific Service or Product).
- You are legally eligible to possess, own, carry, and purchase firearms and ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- You are not a prohibited person under federal or state law (e.g., no felony convictions, domestic violence restraining orders, or other disqualifying factors).
- For firearm and ammunition purchases, you agree to comply with all required background checks, waiting periods, and transfer procedures.
We reserve the right to refuse service, enrollment, or sale to anyone who does not meet these requirements or for any reason at our sole discretion.
2. Description of Services and Products
We provide:
- Online Training Courses: Educational courses on firearm safety, handling, and concealed carry laws, which may qualify for permit applications in certain jurisdictions.
- In-Person Firearms Training Classes: Hands-on training sessions, including live-fire range time (where applicable), conducted at designated locations.
- Firearms and Ammunition Sales: Sale of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories, subject to all applicable laws.
Important Disclaimer: Completion of any training does not guarantee permit approval. Permit issuance is determined solely by the relevant government authority. All firearm and ammunition sales are subject to federal, state, and local regulations, including background checks (via NICS or state systems), age restrictions, and transfer requirements. We are not responsible for any denial of purchase or transfer.
3. Enrollment, Registration, and Purchases
- Training (online or in-person): Requires account creation, accurate information, and payment of fees.
- Product purchases: Require providing accurate information and compliance with all legal requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
All fees and purchases are payable in full at the time of enrollment or purchase. We accept payment methods indicated on our website.
Refund Policies:
- Online Courses: All sales are final. Once you have enrolled (payment processed and access granted to course materials), no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, inability to complete, or permit denial.
- In-Person Training Classes: Refunds (less any non-refundable processing fees) may be issued if cancellation is requested more than 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled class start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 2 weeks of the class start date, no-shows, or after the class has begun. Payments already made may be used for future classes.
- Firearms and Ammunition: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for any reason once the transaction is initiated or completed, subject to applicable laws regarding defective products or mandatory return periods (if any).
We reserve the right to deduct reasonable administrative or restocking fees from any eligible refund.
5. Class Attendance and Access
- In-person classes require advanced registration and may have limited spots.
- You must arrive on time with required gear (as specified during registration). Late arrivals may be denied participation without refund.
- Online course access is provided for a limited period as specified.
- Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting requirements and are valid only as proof of training.
6. Firearm and Ammunition Purchases
- All sales comply with federal and California state laws (e.g., DROS for California residents, FFL transfers).
- Firearms will require in-person pickup or transfer through a licensed dealer.
- You are solely responsible for verifying your eligibility and complying with all laws.
- We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond manufacturer specifications.
7. Intellectual Property
All training content (videos, materials, manuals) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. No copying, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.
8. User Conduct and Safety
You agree not to:
- Share access or credentials.
- Misrepresent eligibility or completion.
- Engage in unsafe or unlawful behavior during in-person classes.
- Violate range rules or instructor directions.
For in-person classes, you acknowledge that firearms training involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your safety and actions.
9. Liability Waiver (In-Person Training)
By participating in in-person classes, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, death, or property damage and waive any claims against L&L Firearms Training LLC, its instructors, employees, or facilities for negligence (except gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law).
10. Disclaimers
Services and Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee course content accuracy for all jurisdictions, permit approval, or product performance. Firearms use involves inherent risks.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service or Product.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of Services/Products, violation of Terms, or non-compliance with laws.
13. Termination
We may terminate access, enrollment, or sales at any time without refund for violations or other reasons.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Riverside County, California.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Current version is posted on our website.
