NO REFUNDS ON GUNS, AMMUNITION, OR SHOOTING ACCESSORIES. Please ensure your purchases are 100% correct before accepting delivery. All sales are final. For issues with guns and ammunition, you must contact the manufacturer who services the warranty.
For courses, NO REFUNDS IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE COURSE. You can reschedule for a future date.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued by check if you paid by cash, or refunded back to your credit card if you paid with a credit card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
